You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and an approved prepaid return label.
We cover return shipping for approved returns and do not charge a restocking fee. Items that are final sale, gift cards, or damaged through misuse may be ineligible except where consumer law provides otherwise. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order details so we can assist.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval. An order may be canceled before shipment; after shipment, the return process applies.
